With Telebond you only pay for a video session when you get paid. If you don’t charge, we don’t charge.
No subscription, no yearly plan and nothing but flexibility for you and your business.
You can choose between two pricing models to charge your clients. In the minute-based model clients are charged for a set number of minutes, and if the session lasts less then they get their money back for the unused minutes. In the session-based model, clients are charged a fixed fee for the entire session regardless of how long it lasts.
Try refreshing the session page to continue. This will not affect the payment since Telebond only charges for a session as a whole and not if you go in and out of calls.
Telebond itself does not charge any other fees. However, our payment system uses PayPal, which charges a transfer fee that varies across countries. The VAT on our fee calculated according to your country is added when applicable.
We support the euro, dollar, Hungarian forint and British pound. If you want us to support another currency please write to us at [email protected].
You receive an invoice for the service fee paid to Telebond, and both you and your clients receive transaction notes whenever there is a payment or refund.
You only get charged 1 euro when you charge for your service through conducting a session with a client. There is no monthly, annual or sign-up fee. You can use our services whenever it is suitable for you and your business.
